Job Description

Are you a sales professional with a technical mindset?

Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial, mechanical, and electrical environments. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering smart service solutions—this is your opportunity to join a global leader.

Based in Canning Vale and reporting to the Sales Manager - Service, you will be:

- Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
- Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

- Min. 2 years experience in service sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
- Be technically minded—you understand how equipment works
- Proven ability to work towards goals while actively engaging with customers
- Be a strong communicator and confident negotiator
- Be proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Have a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel within your territory
- An Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
