We are seeking a Registered NDIS Practitioner - Core, proficient or advanced.

Permanent role offering job security with flexible hours to suit you (full-time or part-time).

Salary range is $72,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year.

About the Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we have exciting opportunities for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our teams. Become part of a team committed to assisting adolescents and adults with various diagnoses and presentations. Grow your career within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team and assist clients in improving their overall mental health and well-being.

Key responsibilities:

- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
- Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
- Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans

You will be supported by your respective clinical team leader and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside our dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and therapy assistants.

About You

The position is suitable for NDIS Registered Practitioners who align with our values and have:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Assessed by the NDIS as Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Unrestricted Australian work rights

Current or willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
