We’re growing (again) and on the hunt for someone awesome to join our team at GemLife’s vibrant Heritage Park resort.

This isn’t your average sales gig. It’s about people. It’s about connection. And it’s about getting stuff done—with heart, humour, and a whole lot of common sense.

You’ll be the go-to person helping our over-50s clients find their dream home, walking beside them through the journey with warmth, clarity, and a whole lot of “we’ve got this.” At the same time, you’ll be the glue between the client and our construction team—keeping things smooth, honest, and (mostly) drama-free.

A day in the life might look like...

- Guiding future homeowners through their journey with care and confidence
- Building brilliant relationships with the construction crew
- Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
- Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game—no detail slips past you
- Being a calming, competent presence when things get busy (and they will)

You’re probably someone who...

Loves people and builds trust easily.

- Has solid admin skills and isn’t scared of a spreadsheet
- Can talk to tradies and clients with equal ease.
- Keeps cool when things go sideways and rolls with it.
- Is honest, grounded, and doesn’t need micromanaging.
- Brings personality, positivity, and professionalism to the table.
