Accounting Cadetships - Feb 26
Position: Junior
Interact with clients from different industries from the beginning. Join forces with other cadets and gain support from mentors. Grow in knowledge and confidence with our training and workshops.
BLG Business Advisers is a vibrant, supportive, and switched-on team of Chartered Accountants dedicated to delivering first-class service, solutions, and results to our clients. Our clients are people first, who own businesses, and we genuinely care about their success. Because of this, our firm is always growing, and we are looking for 6-10 Junior Accountants to join our team in February 2026.
Our Accounting Cadetships program is aimed at aspiring accountants in their last year of high school or first year of university. We hire a new cohort of cadets each year, so you'll join peers in the same situation to share experiences and learn together.
As a Junior Accountant, you'll work full-time while studying part-time. Our strong mentoring and learning culture means you benefit from on-the-job learning that complements your university studies, along with earning a salary and gaining valuable experience to kickstart your career.
Are you friendly, motivated, and eager to learn? Are you a great communicator, problem-solver, and someone our clients can rely on to be thoughtful and responsive?
If you answer 'Yes' and you are in Year 12 this year, with plans to study a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) in 2026, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you
Benefits of working at BLG:
1. Training & guidance: Receive mentorship and regular in-house training on accounting, tax, and professional and personal growth.
