Our work encompasses areas like data analytics, smart buildings, and advanced construction technologies, ultimately aiming to improve efficiency, sustainability, and the overall value delivered to clients and communities.**About the Role:**We are looking for a **Data and AI Manager** to lead our enterprise-wide data and AI capabilities, ensuring ethical, effective, and innovative solutions that empower teams and elevate decision-making. As the **Data and AI Manager**, you will be driving a culture of innovation, collaboration & continuous learning. Your key responsibilities will be to:* Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary Data and AI team.* Partner with business leaders to understand data and AI needs.* Represent data and AI capabilities in strategic forums and governance bodies.* Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on ethical and transparent use.* Monitor model performance and ensure regulatory compliance.* Promote self-service analytics and data literacy across the organisation.* Ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance with regulations.* Manage enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and architecture.* Collaborate with IT and digital operations to ensure scalability and integration.**About you:**You will have proven expertise in data governance, machine learning, and cloud-based platforms. You will be a collaborative and customer-focussed leader who is committed to innovation and continuous improvement. You will also have:* 10+ years in enterprise data transformation or digital innovation, with 5+ years in leadership.* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.* Experience in ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.* Certifications in AI/ML, data governance, or cloud platforms (desirable).We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
