Salary: Teacher, $85,610 - $124,046 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)

We are seeking primary teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively and build genuine relationships with parents, students and colleagues. The role includes establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations, cultivating a growth mindset, and nurturing students’ social and emotional development. The role would include running the West Morley PS choir, liaising with Instrumental Music School Services and possibly starting a school band.

You should thrive in an environment with whole-school connected practice, collaborative teams and ongoing professional growth. You will leverage high-impact teaching strategies and use differentiation to meet diverse student needs, along with proficiency in various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning.
