- Champion project delivery excellence and implement robust risk management practices.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation aligned with WSP values.
- Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in major water projects, including program/panel management and project/design management.
- Strong client engagement skills, particularly with Water Corporation, and the ability to build new and existing trusted relationships.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams, including virtual and remote staff.
- Commercial acumen to drive performance and optimise financial outcomes.
- Technical expertise across diverse water infrastructure projects.
- Strong track record in bids, proposals, and strategic business development.
- Ability to elevate D&C project capabilities and maintain strong contractor relationships.
- Skilled in risk management and applying Safety in Design principles.
- Passion for mentoring and building capability within teams.
- Professional Engineering qualification, with 10+ years’ experience, chartered status, and a consultancy background.
This is your chance to shape the future of water infrastructure in WA and beyond. If you’re ready to lead, influence, and grow with purpose—let’s talk.
