What You Need to Bring

- Educational Background:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (such as Social Work, Education, Youth Work, or Employment Services) or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Certificate III/IV Community Services/Child, Youth, Family Intervention (Desirable)
- Specific qualifications or training in working with families facing multiple and complex needs in community or employment services.
- Essential Certifications:
- Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
- A current Child Safe Environments certificate.
- Mandatory Checks:
- Current DHS Working with Children Check.
- Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Professional Experience:
- Experience in a human services setting, with a solid understanding of various intervention models.
- Proven track record in providing case management services to young people and/or families.
- Experience working with marginalised individuals, including expertise in case planning and complex case management.
- Key Skills and Commitment:
- A strong commitment to the principles of social inclusion and quality management.
- Excellent community engagement skills, including networking, negotiation, mediation, and public relations.
- Knowledge of, or experience in, educational and vocational areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
