This role is critical to providing a pathway for coach learning, in line with national standards.In this role you will:* Coordinate and facilitate coaching courses, workshops, and the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program for coaches* Identify the CPD needs of the local coaches to develop learning solutions in collaboration with the Coach Learning team* Engage and identify current and future business leaders to headline industry engagement* Provide industry-based networking opportunities to support coaches, share innovation and best practice* Actively promote coaching pathways to the coach network utilising a range of communication channels**About you**What you will bring to the role:* Demonstrated understanding of Tennis Australia coaching courses* Experienced in influencing diverse stakeholders through a range of different of mediums* Ability to build professional relationships with coaches of all levels and backgrounds* Deep understanding of tennis coaching pathway within Australia and internationally* Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination* You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current **Police Check** and **Working with Children Check****What’s to love*** Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities* Monthly health & wellbeing activities through our Serving Your Health program* Flexible working practices* Free car parking* Salary packaging* A range of discounts from our sponsorship partners**To Apply**If you think you’re up to the challenge, we’d love to hear from you Please submit your resume and cover letter via our online application system.
