Overview

Join our established and growing business as a Forklift Operator at our Mackay Depot. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for moving our freight with a focus on safely loading and unloading tautliners. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with proven experience in loading multiple trailers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Position: Full-Time, Permanent

- Engagement: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am start + penalties every day

Responsibilities

- Efficiently and safely load general freight from body trucks and trailers

- Ensure trailers are maximized for linehaul transportation

- Follow a postcode sheet to place unloaded freight into the correct bays

- Maintain a steady work pace to meet departure times and maintain accuracy

- Adhere to established safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar structured environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a postcode sheet for correct freight placement

- Ability to pass a criminal history check
