Busy Bees at Fremantle is a 60-place service where you'll find spacious open-plan rooms full of stimulating and educational activities, with a team of dedicated and passionate educators and an excellent leadership team. Our service is located on a quiet residential street close school, close to the south-west end of Booyeembara Park.

Our Service is seeking a passionate & creative Early Childhood Teacher to deliver our Kindergarten Program .

Essential Qualifications:

- Graduate Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

- Teacher's Registration - Full/Provisional.

- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.

- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues.

- Skill in observing children’s progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.

- Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

- Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood settings.

- Ensuring an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.

- Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.

- Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.

- Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children’s documentation and parent communication.
