Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our mobile clinical team either on a permanent part time or casual basis, supporting adults in residential aged care, via telehealth, and in the community.

You will deliver high-quality mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke impairments, progressive neurological disorders, and ageing-related decline.

Your Responsibilities:

- Managing your own schedule—choose the work hours and locations that suit you.
- Assessing and diagnosing swallowing and communication difficulties.
- Providing telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention.
- Collaborating with a national team of Speech Pathologists.
- Advocating for clients with communication difficulties.
- Working closely with care staff, support coordinators, and Plena colleagues to ensure optimal care.
- Providing consultative and educational support to clients, families, and colleagues.
