Speech Pathologist Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in Aboriginal health while enjoying a stunning location. As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality, community-based care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients across Broome and surrounding communities.

The successful candidate will provide culturally responsive, evidence-based services to children and adults funded under NDIS, Aged Care, or MBS programs. Care is delivered in homes, community settings, and facilities, with strong support from a collaborative team.

Your focus will include:
  • Speech and language assessments & interventions
  • Supporting clients, families & carers with education
  • Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team
  • Promoting speech services within the broader community
  • Contributing to service quality and improvement

You will bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration and membership
  • 3+ years experience
  • Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to work independently in remote or regional settings
