What does the job look like?
We have an exciting opportunity to join Linfox Armaguard Group as a Risk and Security Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the protection of Armaguard Group assets through contemporary security risk management strategies, resources, and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to all critical incidents promptly and as directed by the Regional Security Manager
- Conducting Security Risk Assessments in consultation with the Regional Security Manager
- Regularly reviewing current security practices to manage and mitigate risks
- Investigating security-related incidents professionally and efficiently, including conducting investigations, taking statements, interviewing, preparing evidence, report writing, and covert surveillance
Are you the one?
You will be a key member within security, protecting the assets and people of Armaguard and its customers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- High level of administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven conflict resolution experience
- VIC Security Licence, Drivers Licence, Security Guards Firearms Licence
- Certificate IV in Security Risk Management
- Ability to operate in environments requiring high confidentiality
- Experience in investigations, including interviewing, obtaining statements, report writing, and evidence collection
