We are seeking a qualified Lead Educator to join our professional, supportive team on maternity leave cover. This role is ideal for an experienced lead educator who is passionate about early childhood education and confident inleading rooms with professionalism and care.

This is a wonderful opportunity to step into a leadership role, gain valuable experience, and be part of a welcoming and supportive team while covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities

An ideal candidate will have:

- A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven experience leading rooms and supporting teams
- Strong motivation and initiative, with the ability to create engaging learning environments
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of children, families and the Centre
- A Collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues

About you

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalentBachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
