Flexible Work That Fits Your Life
Some mornings, you start after school drop-off or a morning surf. Other weeks, you shift your schedule to match your partner’s FIFO roster. Some days, you’re in the hub, coffee in hand, celebrating small wins with a customer. Other days, you work from home, dog at your feet, finishing reports before school pick-up. At Ability WA, flexibility isn’t a perk - it’s how we help you do your best work.
Positions available in our Wanneroo and Yanchep hubs (Full Time & Part Time).
We want to hear what matters to you and work with you on shaping your role around your strengths, interests and life outside of work. Maybe you’re returning from parental leave, or you’re an experienced therapist ready to mentor your colleagues, or maybe you're just wanting a role that matches the rhythm of your life.
What You’ll Do
Some days, you’re greeting customers in the hub and diving into sessions planned to help them reach their next goal. Other days, you’re visiting schools or families at home, where progress feels most real. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and ideas that ensure each customer gets the most well-rounded support possible.
This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to build a career that fits your life while making a lasting difference.
Your Story
You’re a Speech Pathologist holding a degree, SPA membership, and experience you’re ready to put to work where it counts.
You bring more than skills - you bring energy, creativity, and a way of making therapy engaging and empowering. You thrive on variety, mentoring colleagues, and celebrating small wins that lift the whole team. And with tailored caseloads, professional development, flexible work arrangements, and wellbeing support, you’ll have everything you need to do your best work.
Why Choose Ability WA?
You’ll join a workplace that trusts you to manage your time and values your wellbeing. You’ll work with customers who inspire you, and families who will remember your impact for years to come.
There’s room to grow, explore your special interests, step into leadership pathways, and collaborate with a North Hub team that knows the power of connection, compassion, and collaboration.
And because we want you at your best, you can expect:
- Flexible hours + hybrid work from home options
- Salary packaging up to $18,850 to boost take-home pay
- 3 paid wellness days each year (pro-rata).
- Access up to 12 weeks of purchased leave
