The Opportunity As an Undergraduate Accountant, you will be mentored by experienced Partners to help you grow as a professional and kick-start your career as an Accountant. The 2026 Undergraduate Program will include the following: - Starting in a group of your peers with a dedicated training day in your first week - Ongoing virtual and in-person training sessions with experienced Partners to teach core skills - Online training resources to support your learning and development - Dedicated communication channels to connect with your peers We have a number of roles across the Hunter Region including Dungog, Taylors Beach, Singleton and Gloucester, allowing you to work close to home while remaining connected to the wider Kelly+Partners community. Please note that no prior experience is required for this program. About You - Currently enrolled in an Accounting degree or related discipline - Willing to work part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time throughout your studies - Intending to pursue a Chartered Accountant qualification after graduation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients - Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic Why Join Us?
