Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch are currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Digital Engineer to join the Digital Group in Perth in 2026.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with our client partners to create advanced automation and optimisation solutions.

- Develop software solutions across a wide range of platforms

- Software development skills in any of the following would be advantageous:

- Python, machine learning, Allen-Bradley PLCs, SQL, .Net, Java and JavaScript

- Be involved in projects that span the full solution lifecycle and see your creations come to life, from synthesis of new ideas to ongoing offsite support.

- Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions

You bring to the role

You will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Software or similar) with a solid academic record. You should be interested in applying software programming to real-world physical environments. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for working closely in a team environment to solve complex problems.
