We're growing across Melbourne — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

What you’ll do:

Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills

Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community

Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubs

Complete assessments, AT recommendations and reports

Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines

Use great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simple

New to the profession? You won’t be flying solo.

We offer a fully structured 12-month graduate program that includes:

A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you in

Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring

Group mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connection

Regular PD, internal speakers and hands-on learning

Requirements

What you’ll need:

Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)

WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check

Driver’s licence + reliable car

Indemnity & public liability insurance
