What does the job look like?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical RCTI Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable team at Essendon Fields, Victoria. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and control of Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) customer accounts, working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve variances and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile designated RCTI customer accounts to identify and resolve processing issues.
- Clear matched loads without variance and reconcile unmatched or varianced documents.
- Investigate line-item discrepancies with Operations and customers to resolve issues.
- Raise and process Debit/Credit Memos to correct Linfox errors and ensure accurate billing.
- Ensure all unpaid shipments are followed up and resolved.
- Arrange and process Recipient Created Adjustment Notes for over/under payments.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce recurring variances.
- Assist in preparing daily receipts cash flow analysis and executive reporting.
About you
You’re a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about continuous improvement. You’ll also bring:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently studying).
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Revenue Accounting—ideally within retail, supply chain, or logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
