The Location: Bolton Clarke is recruiting for an Enrolled Nurse for
Raffles Residential Care, Tweed Heads NSW 2486.
About the Opportunity
The position is permanent, full time with a minimum of 38 hours a week and a base salary of $76,515 depending on experience + superannuation + salary packaging benefits
As an Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of high quality of care to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.
- Assist the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care plans
- Implementation of care plans for each resident
- Accurately report and record information relevant to the residents’ care and condition
- Deliver a holistic concept of care, utilising the ‘Person Centred Care’ approach
- Using a systematic multiple approach to clinical decision-making
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships

About You
To be successful, you'll need:
- 1+ year full time (or equivalent) experience as an Enrolled Nurse
- Diploma of Nursing
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and co-workers
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 and Seasonal Flu Vaccination and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.
