Our Clifton Hill campus is a Foundation - Senior Years school.
Position Purpose:
The School Administrator and Receptionist will provide crucial administrative support, overseeing office management, reception, and staff areas. You will ensure smooth operations, providing exceptional service to students, staff, and families while contributing to the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in Clifton Hill within our Mackillop Education. The position reports to the Campus Principal.

Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. A minimum of a Diploma Qualification or relevant Certificate IV in administration or a related field.
2. Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture, values, and the issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
3. A commitment to MacKillop's values and objectives, with the ability to represent the organization positively.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, able to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
