Our team is a collection of individual surgeons who work as a cohesive team to deliver the best possible care to our patients. We are well known for our ability to provide exceptional services such as; Oral Surgery, Oral medicine and pathology, Dental implants, Oral procedures, TMJ disorders, Cranio Maxillofacial Procedures, Corrective Jaw surgery, Facial Trauma and much more

The Opportunity
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Sydney Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Bondi Junction practice available for a dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist seeking casual work.
- Modern Surgical centre – utilise your skills in a specialist clinic
- Friendly, fun and dedicated team

- Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Treatment coordination
- Provide instrument sterilisation
- Maintain infection control standards and procedures
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
What you'll be
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
