Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Arranging social activities and community access
- Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
- Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and assistance with personal hygiene
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Providing companionship, friendship, and community access
- Documenting services provided, incidents, and completing reports as required

Minimum Requirements:

- Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
- Has a Working With Children's Check (Essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence (Essential)
- Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Willing to travel to Campbelltown
