Someone who puts compassion, connection, and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As the **Pastoral Care Practitioner**, you will take a lead role honouring this legacy and in nurturing the commitment of all to the mission and values of St Vincent's Care Toowoomba.We are looking for a compassionate, spiritual, and professional person to join the Pastoral Care team, working with the Facility Manager and care team to respond effectively to the diverse emotional, spiritual and religious needs of our residents, and their families.
