About the Role:
Tall Tree Outside School Care at Rosalie Primary School is seeking a passionate and skilled OSHC Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality care and education for school-aged children. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service, drive excellence in program development, and foster meaningful relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider school community.

As the OSHC Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery including program design, team management, compliance, and community engagement. You will lead a team of educators to maintain exceeding standards, develop diverse and engaging programs, and contribute to a positive, child-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of diverse and stimulating programs that reflect the needs and interests of children.
Inspire and support a team of educators to deliver engaging and high-quality care.
Promote and maintain exceeding standards across all areas of the service.
Establish clear routines and set appropriate limits and expectations to support positive child behaviour and development.
Manage administrative responsibilities including rosters, accounts and billing, vacation care planning, and compliance documentation.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and mentoring to team members.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with school leaders, families, and community partners.
Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time, Our Place, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

About You:
You are a capable and motivated leader with a passion for high-quality OSHC programs and a collaborative leadership style. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding experiences for children and families.

You will bring:
Proven leadership experience in an OSHC or early learning setting (minimum 1 year).
Strong knowledge of My Time, Our Place and the National Quality Standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Alignment with our values and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

You will also hold:
Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Full Australian working rights.
Working with Children Check.
National Police Clearance.
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a mini-bus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $84,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
