Job Description
- Oversee and manage the performance of retail stores within your district.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to store managers and their teams.
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across all locations.
- Travel within the district to maintain a strong presence and support store teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful QLD Retail District Manager should have:
- Previous experience in multi-store retail management within the sales department.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and market trends.
- A willingness to travel within the Brisbane area and beyond as required.
- Proficiency in analysing data to make informed business decisions.
