The successful applicant will be a creative Chef who’ll enjoy complimentary transport to and from the workplace, accommodation, meals while on shift, and ongoing career progression provided by Atlas People. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant venue serving bistro style food plus a full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.

Responsibilities

- Run the kitchen regularly on the Head Chef’s days off.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in overseeing a busy, vibrant venue that serves bistro-style food and a full menu.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality, consistent dining experiences.
- Support menu planning and provide suggestions where appropriate.

About you (Qualifications)

- Trade qualified with three or more years of experience.
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to produce consistent quality and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Own traditional uniform and knives.
- Experience in quality à la carte dining.
- Keen eye with high attention to detail.
