And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless. **Join us as Senior Global Mobility Consultant** **Welcome to Global Mobility team**The Global Mobility team acts as a strategic advisor, driving the development and execution of the Novonesis Mobility framework. This role requires deep expertise in global mobility practices to partner with key stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with the Global Mobility Lead, tax specialist, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless mobility operations, compliance, and a superior employee experience. **In this role you’ll make an impact by:*** Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managers, and employees by providing expert guidance on global mobility strategies, policies, and processes.* Lead collaboration efforts with People & Organization (P&O), payroll teams, and external vendors (e.g., relocation providers, tax consultants) to implement efficient global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.* Oversee complex international assignments and cross-border employment arrangements, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities.* Provide strategic oversight and support for repatriation processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and their families returning from international assignments.* Continuously review and enhance global mobility frameworks, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.* Deliver insights and reporting to leadership using data analytics tools, leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness. **To succeed you must hold:*** 5+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, international assignments, or expatriate management within a global or multinational organization.* Proficiency in Workday HCM and knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools* Good analytical skills.* Good communication, Fluent in English and stakeholder management skills.* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field. – alternatively relevant experience.**Location:** Lyngby/Hørsholm, Denmark (Hybrid Remote)**Application deadline:** 5th January 2026**Contact details:** Mette Dam, Head of Global Rewards, meda@novonesis.com**Then apply today**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
