Our Energetic Team:
Energy Vault Solution, a division within Energy Vault, is dedicated to delivering customer-focused energy storage products that merge Battery and Clean Hydrogen technologies. The Energy Vault Solution team also develops and manages our AI/ML powered software applications that include EMS, Lifecycle Management, and Energy Trading Platforms.
Your Impact as a Graduate Project Manager - APAC
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day project coordination, reporting and administrative tasks involved in the successful delivery of projects.
This role is fixed term with the duration estimated time of 6-months.
Your Mission
- Assist the Sr. Managers with project planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Help coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications with stakeholders.
- Perform basic research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update project documentation, logs, and registers.
- Participate in project team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Key stakeholders for this role include project team, legal team, commercial team, engineering, contractors and suppliers.
Your Background
- Currently in the final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field or recent Graduate.
- 1-2 years of project administration experience preferably in a large scale engineering, renewable energy, EPC project.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Interest in project management and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, rapid growth environments.
