We are partnering with a well-established organisation that plays a critical role in supporting South Australians in their return to work journey. Based in Adelaide, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced Workers Compensation lawyer who is looking to take on meaningful and impactful work within a respected and purpose-driven organisation.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide high-level legal advice across a broad range of matters, including regulatory compliance, statutory interpretation, and governance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to strategic decision-making while also mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering practical, solutions-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders

Advising on statutory and regulatory obligations under the South Australian scheme

Supporting risk management and governance initiatives

Building strong relationships across the business to support organisational goals

About You:

A minimum of 6 years PQE with strong experience in workers compensation, administrative, regulatory, or insurance law

Exceptional communication and advisory skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels

Proven capability to manage complex matters with independence and judgement

A collaborative and values-driven approach
