The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, as well as knowledge of the unique challenges faced by Yolngu people in remote settings. Essential requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree (or higher) in disability, health, or social work; experience in Support Coordination or case management within the NDIS, Disability, or Health sector; an NT Driver's License; and the ability to travel to remote communities. Additional checks such as an Ochre Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and a Criminal History Check are required.
