The role of a Support Coordinator is to coordinate the supports for NDIS Clients and assist them in achieving their goals. This requires a highly organised person with excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Key responsibilities include working with clients, families and carers to identify and access opportunities for skills development, education and employment. You will also support and encourage clients to achieve their goals and provide support coordination services in line with their NDIS plans.

To be successful in this role you will need to have positive and contemporary values towards people with disabilities. You must also have the ability to interact, communicate and engage effectively with diverse cultures.
