You will be trusted to:

- Assist the Project Manager in fulfilling contractual requirements and achieving project targets
- Produce short-term programs and resource schedules for assigned project sections
- Coordinate equipment, materials and resources to meet construction timeframes
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial outcomes
- Participate in toolbox and pre-start meetings, ensuring HSEQ standards are maintained
- Contribute to planning, reporting, and risk management activities across all project functions
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders

What you’re good at:

- Demonstrated experience as a Site or Project Engineer in civil or infrastructure construction
- Working knowledge of project management plans and quality systems
- Ability to coordinate daily construction activities and communicate effectively with teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, project planning software and document management systems
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
