About the Role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior Associate Family Lawyer with at least four years of post‑admission experience to join our client’s Gold Coast team.
In this role, you will provide expert legal advice across a variety of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Property settlements and financial agreements
- Parenting disputes and child support matters
- De facto and same‑sex relationship matters
- Relocation and intervention orders
You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from a strong support network. This position also offers opportunities for business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers.
Key Requirements
- Admitted to practice in Australia with at least four years of post‑admission experience in family law (private practice)
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide strategic legal advice
- Strong client management, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Experience in business development and referral network growth
- Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a team‑oriented environment
- Commercially minded with strong time‑management skills
