Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

Transport Coordinator – Multi-User DC – Kemps Creek

Monday to Friday – 1:30pm – 9:30pm

The role -

Are you ready to take the wheel in a fast-paced logistics environment? At Toll, we’re looking for a Transport Coordinator who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll manage and organise the transport of customer products across multiple locations within agreed contracts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound deliveries, optimising planning processes, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor budgets and compliance to keep everything on track.

What We’re Looking For -

- Experience in logistics or supply chain management.

- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and transport legislation.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and forecasting techniques.

- Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
