Learn and grow with us as we tackle the most complex challenges in helping more people to experience a lifetime of hearing.* **3 month contract + possible extension*** **Immediate interview and start*** **Close to public transport**Cochlear is looking for an experience Program Coordinator to support the Transformation Office and works closely with Delivery Directors, the Portfolio Practice Manager, and Delivery Managers to ensure successful program delivery within budget, scope, and governance standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide administrative and reporting support to program leaders.* Enhance program management methodology and practices.* Maintain and publish program dashboards and documentation.* Support resource planning, onboarding, and allocation.* Conduct audits and report findings.* Manage access security for program tools.* Ensure quality compliance and drive continuous improvement.* Oversee RAID management and perform data analysis.* Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and partners to ensure alignment.**Essential*** Proven experience in a similar role within medium to large organizations.* Strong background in coordinating program delivery, including financial management, reporting, RAID, resource management, meeting facilitation, and documentation control.* Familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall).* Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and functional areas.* Proficiency in PPM tools, Excel, Tableau, MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence.* Demonstrated proactive, solution-focused approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude.* Hands-on experience managing project financials (forecasts vs. actuals), preparing steering committee packs, updating RAID registers, onboarding/offboarding resources, and handling change requests.* Experience with Oracle Purchase order will be highly regardedfor more information please contact Ralph on rhitti@cochlear.comIf you feel that you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role and take on new challenges to build your career with Cochlear, please start your application by clicking the apply button below.#CochlearCareers**How we recognise your contribution**At Cochlear we value and welcome the unique contributions, perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds of our employees and aim to build a culture that celebrates and leverages these differences, creating a sense of belonging and enabling our people to realise their full potential.
