Exciting opportunities for experienced Care Service Companions to join Advantaged Care. We are passionate about aged care, delivering the highest level of care to our residents and creating lasting memories. Advantaged Care has 5 Aged Care facilities with varying shifts on offer across several locations.

The facilities include: Georges Hall (near Bankstown), Prestons Lodge (near Liverpool), Edensor Gardens (near Fairfield), Barden Lodge (near Sutherland) and Bondi Waters (near Bondi Beach). Please apply if you have good availability.

About the role: As a Care Services Companion you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and help create a welcoming, calm atmosphere. We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.

What we look for

- Full working rights - No student visas/ No Sponsorship
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent
- 6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essential
- A good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care
- A strong passion for quality in aged care
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Hard working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts
- Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination in line with government direction.
