To support this commitment, we are excited to introduce a newly created position: Manager – Quality Care & Services. This is a pivotal role designed to strengthen clinical governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build the capability of care teams across our facilities.

About the Role

- Reporting to the General Manager Health Services, you will oversee the clinical governance framework and operational quality systems across our Homes. Working closely with Directors of Consumer Care & Services and Clinical Managers, you’ll ensure that our Homes not only meet, but exceed, the expectations set out by the Strengthened Quality Standards.

- Leading oversight of clinical risk management, incident investigation, and care documentation through the Electronic Care Management System.

- Supporting facilities to implement, embed, and maintain compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, including governance, clinical care, and feedback/resolution systems.

- Coaching and mentoring clinical leaders to improve quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and workforce capability.

- Contributing to the ongoing development and review of Christadelphian Aged Care’s clinical policies and procedures.

This role offers the opportunity to shape best-practice care models while directly influencing outcomes for our residents and teams.

What You’ll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

- Three (3) years post graduate nursing experience (desirable)

- Knowledge of aged care quality frameworks and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards (2024).

- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance within residential aged care.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach teams through change.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and consumer dignity.

- A collaborative, inclusive team culture where your contributions are recognised and celebrated.

- Evidence of Covid vaccination.

- Right to Work in Australia essential.

- Successful applicants must have NDIS Worker Screening or willing to apply for one (if applicable)
