About the role

Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Family Lawyer, where you'll take charge of your own files and lead the way on complex family law matters. You'll deliver strategic advice, drive strong outcomes, and provide outstanding service to a diverse client base. Duties

In this role, you will enjoy a variety of matters associated with eg.:

- Complex parenting disputes
- Significant property settlements
- Financial agreements
- Children's matters
- Divorce & separation
- Appeals
- Maintenance applications
- IVF/surrogacy arrangements
- international relocation

Skills & experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5 years + PAE with exposure to complex asset structures, including property related family law matters. LIV Family Law Accreditation, or willingness to undertake it, desirable but not essential.
- A proven track record in Family Law from a respected practice
- Ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
- Commercially minded with the drive to grow and shape a thriving family law practice
- Confident working independently and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and lifting others
- Excellent communication skills and 'client service' focus
