About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager at our Moorabbinstore, we are recruiting for team members/store people to join our recycling and production (warehouse) team. A typical day might include:
- Providing support to the production team
- Keeping sellable and recyclable item out of landfill
- Replenishment of hangers and stationery for each work station
- Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
- Supporting our safety culture
- Recyclers are also required to unload trucks and operate industrial equipment including balers, bin lifters and walkie stackers
- Meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story with them to ensure they receive excellent service and have a meaningful Savers experience
About You
To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:
- Availability for Part Timehours, Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3.30pm
- A team player – you love working in a team, and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
