Casual Disability Support Workers

**Job Summary**

We are seeking casual disability support workers to join our team in Geelong VIC. As a disability support worker, you will provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with meal preparation and cooking
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Physical stamina to perform job requirements
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
