- Actively participate in sprints, ensuring on-time delivery of features and fixes.
- Provide technical leadership across React (frontend) and ASP.NET Core/C# (backend) stacks.
- Collaborate with product managers to scope requirements and user stories and translate them into high-quality solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Design and implement scalable backend APIs and data solutions (SQL Server, Azure).
- Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, production ready React components.
- Ensure applications maintain high performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Manage escalations and provide technical guidance for problem resolution.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and automation processes using Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and adoption of best practices within the team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and frameworks across frontend and backend development.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend developer.
Strong Experience
- React (web and native)
- ASP.NET Core / C#
- SQL Server
- RESTful APIs (design and integration)
- Proven experience leading or mentoring developers within a team.
- Proven experience managing and growing scale-up size development teams
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on development.
- Telecommunications background desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling, Cisco WebEx Calling, or Zoom Calling desirable.
Key Company Expectations
- Showcase professionalism and consistently produces high quality work on or ahead of time
