Our services span disability and NDIS support, children, youth and family services, aged home care, veterans’ care, and community nursing.
We're currently seeking skilled and compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care to NDIS participants living with acute brain injuries. These individuals may be navigating significant cognitive, emotional, behavioural, or physical changes – and your role is to help them regain function, independence, and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Support participants in recovery and rehabilitation following traumatic or acquired brain injuries
- Implement behaviour support strategies aligned with neurological and trauma-informed care approaches
- Assist with daily routines while promoting cognitive stimulation, mobility, and social engagement
- Work collaboratively with allied health teams, families, and clinical staff
- Monitor and respond to changes in behaviour, cognition, and function
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation for clinical and behavioural tracking
- Provide respectful and dignified personal care, where required

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (mornings, evenings, sleepovers)
- Unrestricted driver’s licence
- Experience supporting clients with acquired or traumatic brain injuries is highly regarded
- Comfortable delivering personal care and following clinical protocols
- Background in disability, mental health, nursing, or neurorehabilitation preferred
