The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Experienced HSE Advisor to join our latest project at West Angeles. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant and positive work environments across major mining and civil projects — including earthworks, rehabilitation and construction. This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 2:1 roster, offering up to $170,000 + Super.

What You’ll Do

- Implement, monitor and review site HSEQ Management Plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and internal systems.
- Partner with project and site teams to drive a proactive, safety-first culture.
- Provide advice and support on risk management, incident reporting, and audits.
- Contribute to training, assessments and safety initiatives onsite.
- Support the continuous improvement of safety management systems.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HSE role within the mining and/or civil construction sector.
- FIFO experience essential; Rio Tinto site experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of safety systems such as MYOSH or INX.
- Training and Assessor experience desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Diploma in Work Health & Safety and a current White Card.
- Full working rights in Australia (WA-based candidates only).
