Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Zur Unterstützung unserer Food & Beverage Abteilung suchen wir eine/n F&B Administrationspraktikanten/in von einer schweizerischen Hotelfachschule.

1. Bearbeitung von F&B-Reservierungen und Anfragen unter Einhaltung der LQA-Standards

2. Proaktiver Verkauf am Telefon und schriftliche Korrespondenz zur Förderung von Up-selling und Cross-Selling sowie zur Erfüllung aktiver Gästewünsche

3. Betreuung des Gästefeedbacks

4. Erstellung von Angebotskarten unter Berücksichtigung aller rechtlichen Deklarationen und Informationen für alle F&B Outlets

5. Korrekturlesen und Übersetzung der Menüs ins Englische und/oder Französische

6. Ausstellung von Gutscheinen für alle F&B Outlets, inklusive Rechnung und Einzahlungsschein falls notwendig

7. Regelmäßige Gästebetreuung in den F&B Outlets, falls erforderlich

8. Übernahme von Aufgaben bei Großveranstaltungen, wie Koordination, Überwachung der Serviceabläufe und Platzierung der Gäste

9. Sie sind aktuell Absolvent/in einer anerkannten Schweizer Hotelfachschule

10. Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung in einem F&B Outlet, idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie/Hotellerie

11. Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an der Teamarbeit

12. Organisierte, strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

13. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
