(Immediate Start) Youth Support Worker

Overview

APM is continuing its impactful work with the Transition to Work contract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Vincentia, NSW office.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions‑focused approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people to prepare for and secure employment within the local community. What you will have

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work full‑time Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
