We're a professional, family-run cleaning business servicing Vincentia, Huskisson, Jervis Bay and the wider South Coast. We specialise in Airbnb turnovers, domestic cleans, and commercial/medical facilities. With our busy season approaching, we're looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

About the Role

• Casual position to start – flexible hours, typically 10–30 hrs per week
• Potential to grow into full-time hours (up to 40 hrs per week) for the right person
• Daytime shifts with some evening/weekend work as needed
• Work is carried out at client sites across Vincentia, Huskisson, Jervis Bay and surrounding areas
• Reliable transport required (company vehicle may be provided in future for the right long-term team member)

Responsibilities

• Perform high-standard cleaning for Airbnbs, private homes, and commercial sites
• Follow company WHS procedures for safe chemical use and equipment handling
• Maintain clear communication with team leaders and clients
• Ensure supplies and equipment are used and stored correctly

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
• Current driver's licence and reliable car to start
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay & Benefits

• Starting from $32 per hour (Cleaning Services Award casual rate)
• Penalty rates apply for weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• All cleaning products and equipment provided
• Supportive, professional small-business environment with on-the-job training
• Subcontractors with ABN and insurances are also welcome to apply
