About the Role

As a Star Pharmacist, you’ll go beyond dispensing medications. You’ll be a trusted healthcare partner in the community, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered services in a supportive and innovative environment. We offer a Full time or part time position that allows you to make a real impact on the health and well-being of our customers while developing your professional skills.

What We’re Looking For

We seek pharmacists who are not only knowledgeable but are true healthcare advocates, dedicated to providing exceptional care. Here’s what you need:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA Registration

- National Police Check and Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Current First Aid, CPR, and vaccination registrations (essential)

- Ability to work every second weekend

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you’ll:

- Manage Medication Therapy: Ensure precise dispensing and compliance while optimizing patient health outcomes through proactive medication management.

- Deliver Expert Consultations: Offer professional advice, collaborate with medical teams, and engage with patients beyond prescription needs.

- Expand Your Scope: Provide specialized services, including vaccinations, health screenings, medication reviews, and more.

- Engage with the Community: Host wellness events and workshops, positioning our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare hub.

- Lead by Example: Demonstrate proactive leadership, supervising the front of shop and dispensary, and guiding your team toward excellence and continuous growth.
