General Labourers/Industrial Service Operators
Roster: 3-month casual duration with potential to move to permanent direct with the client | Shifts may vary – Primarily 6.00am to 6.00pm with weekend work and Night Shifts depending on projects

Skills & Experience

- Current Driver’s Licence (Essential)
- Confined Space, Working at Heights and White Card (Essential)
- High Pressure Water, HR Licence and Vac Work experience (Desirable)

Fixed Plant Operators
Roster: 12-hour shifts, 7 shifts per fortnight (rotating days/nights)

Employment Type: Casual, with potential for permanency

About the role
Join one of Australia’s leading names in building and construction materials. Our client produces essential materials such as bricks, pavers, and roof tiles – and they’re expanding their operations with reliable Fixed Plant Operators.
You’ll be part of a high-performing production team responsible for keeping the plant running efficiently and safely, monitoring equipment, and ensuring quality output across each shift.
Duties include but are not limited to;

- Operate, monitor, and maintain fixed plant machinery to keep production running smoothly
- Conduct routine checks and safely shut down equipment if needed
- Ensure quality products and follow all safety procedures
- Support general plant operations, maintenance, and cleaning

Skills & experience

- Previous experience in fixed or mobile plant operation within manufacturing, quarry, or processing (essential)
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Applicants must be based in Perth
- Forklift Licence and Confined Spaced ticket (desirable)
- Ability to work a rotating day/night shift roster
- Reliability, strong attendance, and safety-focused mindset
- Experience within construction materials, minerals, or industrial manufacturing (desirable)
- Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screen)
- Casual roles with a pathway to full-time
- Immediate start with hands-on training and ongoing reassessments

Industrial Services Operators – Vac Truck & HPWJ Operators
Roster: Shift-based roster
Location: Whyalla & Port Pirie, South Australia
About the role
You will be joining experienced Industrial Services teams, driving Vac Trucks, Heavy Rigid Trucks & Light Vehicles. Duties will include High Pressure water jetting of tanks, plant, conveyors etc. As well as operating Vac Trucks onsite with various duties. Must be able to demonstrate experience on resume.

Skills & experience

- Previous experience in High Pressure Water Jetting and/or current HPWJ ticket
- HR Licence (preferred)
- Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets (required)
- White Card (required)
- Vac Loading Ticket (desirable)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol Screen
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work, in a timely and safe manner
- Great work ethic, understand the importance of turning up to work
- Weekly pay advantage
